Violation & Disciplinary Procedure

⚡ What is a CSBK Official Ride?

An official ride is one planned through the CSBK Ride Planner. All other rides are considered unofficial — CSBK holds no responsibility for unofficial rides.


Can CSBK ban a member on an unofficial ride?
YES. If a member is found riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs — especially on a superbike — CSBK retains full authority to ban the member.

VIOLATION PROCEDURE

Step 01
Warning

Phone call, Roadmark notice, admin review — first documented strike on CSBK Nexus.

Step 02
Temporary Ban

14 days to 3 months suspension. No access, no rides, no gatherings during ban period.

Blacklist

Complete removal from CSBK. Public record. Other superbike groups notified.
